Rupsha pursued her BSL and LLB degrees from the prestigious Symbiosis Law College, Pune. She has interned with various leading Law firms of India. Her work experience includes working with leading Insurance companies and with the corporate sector, handling their due diligence. She has a proven ability to manage large caseloads, develop creative legal strategies, negotiate favorable settlements and protect the rights of the policyholders.
Subhra is the head of operations who comes on board with more than 20 years of diversified experience in the fields of Manufacturing, Business Consulting, Investment Management and Insurance Distribution. Subhra is an MBA in Finance and also holds a Licentiate from the Insurance Institute of India. He is experienced in handling claims and consumer grievances from the retail and corporate lines of insurance.
Subhra is also an expert in data analytics and is engaged to maintain the service quality of BSK with continuous improvement and re-designing of the service life cycle from the viewpoint of our clients so that they always get a better service experience.
Sheeya is our energetic and performance driven Customer Service Head. She comes armed with 18 years of superlative work experience in MNCs. A Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry enables her to strike the right symbiotic balance between the Organization and its clients. She has a proven track record of leading teams, improving performance, identifying opportunities and successfully defusing the toughest of grievances.
Sound inter personal skills coupled with technical expertise, ensures Customer Service management, Complaint resolutions and Front- end supervison, thereby enabling long term business relationships. To add to her versatility,Sheeya has also earned a Diploma in Travel and Tourism.
From a sales Manager to the position of General Manager, Tariq has made it right from the grassroots. He is an out-and-out people person. Hard work, passion and an eye for detail, define Tariq’s career.
He has 20+ years of Insurance experience both in the Domestic and International arenas. His expertise lies predominantly in Sales, Marketing and Customer Relationship Management. Team BSK looks up to Tariq to build a distribution network of Individuals and Organizations, who are equally passionate about our motto of “Seva Parmo Dharam”.
Dinesh comes with a history of surpassing customer and employer expectations. He has the ability to leverage consultative sales strengths to nurture relationships and close deals.
A science graduate who possesses a profound analytical skill with primary focus on analysing and identifying areas of churn, for business operations. Our youngest Director comes endowed with a corporate experience spanning over 16 years and transcending international borders. He is entrusted with the Finance and the Grievance Vertical.
Subhajit, our Founder and Chairman, has been around in the insurance industry since its privatisation. As a greenfield specialist, he has helped some top league insurance companies set foot along the western and northern boundaries of the country. He has worked across departments and has led large Sales, Training and Product development teams, to find superlative success in the industry.
Some current day industry leaders and superstar agents have been groomed by him. Though, a Post-Graduate in marketing and finance, Subhajit finds his calling in people management. It is upon his clarion call that people from the industry have pledged to come together as Bima Sevaks. He believes the new mantra of success is ‘service’ and therefore the name ‘Bima Seva Kendra’ and thus the motto – ‘Seva Parmo Dharam’.
A passionate leader with a long-standing record of 20+ years of successful management in the Insurance industry, Sunil is a completely self-made individual. He has an inept knowledge of the current economic and regulatory issues and believes in updating himself regularly. His exceptional qualities of being a motivational leader coupled with great interpersonal skills, have enabled him to lead large teams to success.
A spate of Insurance grievances that he had encountered during his Sales career, led him to co-found the Organisation. A young corporate show stopper with the ability to look into the future, BSK looks up to Sunil, to create unparalleled service experiences and customer delight and lead the Organisation on its motto of “Seva Parmo Dharam”.
